Hi,

Thanks for making the plugin, I’ve installed and configured the plugin properly. It’s not working as you said or showing in the demo. I can share a post with it, but it’s not counting share number. Please see the screenshot- http://prntscr.com/hb3eis

Hi @mofizul
go in the plugin options page and remove the Facebook APP ID.
This way the Facebook counter should go back to work 🙂

But it’s still not working…

clear the entire site cache from W3 Total Cache.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Facebook is working, I have seen it in incognito mode. But I’ve also shared it in Google Plus and Twitter, that isn’t working- http://prntscr.com/hb6poz

How to I can fix it?

Google+ does not work anymore since August 2017 (Google has decided to remove this feature).
Regarding Twitter you have to activate it before to see the shares count, here is the guide http://newsharecounts.com/twitter-share-counts-in-cresta-social-share-wordpress-plugin/
