Hello @triskelionindustries
Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
You have deactivated our plugin/payment method, so I cannot verify the situation. However, we are aware that this issue often occurs when the WooCommerce button cannot be replaced with the generic PayPal button. When this happens, the payments will fail and cause the error you reported.
If this is the case; you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.
Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.
Kind regards,
Joost
Thank you for the response. I don’t want the button to replace my woocommerce checkout. I have used this plugin before and been able to have multiple options on my checkout page. I only want this as an option for some of my clients.
Update: For those having the same issue, my conflicting plugin was Sprout Invoices: Pro. The regular Sprout Invoices plugin does not cause the issue. It seems the issue is most likely from Sprout due to a recent update, I will be contacting them. Thank you paypal for woocommerce for your assistance.
