Couldn´t verify submission – try reloading

    Hello! The plugin was working fine but suddenly this.
    After checking the RGPD checkbox (as usual) if you try to subscribe the message appears on the button “Couldn´t verify submission – try reloading”

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with this.

    Do you have any caching or optimization plugins running at the moment? Sometimes this will cause an issue. If you do, you could try turning that/those plugins off, then try a force refresh (CTRL+F5 for Windows CMD+Shift+R for Mac) to refresh the cache for this page, and they try your form out again.

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, you can try searching for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Hopefully, that helps you narrow down the problem.
