Hello team, I am seeing the following issue.

Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with PHPMail: Could not instantiate mail function. Unprocessed subscriber: ***.***@gmail.com <***.***@gmail.com>)

Please check your sending method configuration, you may need to consult with your hosting company.

The easy alternative is to send emails with MailPoet Sending Service instead, like thousands of other users do.

I have tried installing SMTP plugin and after that too I am facing same issue. May I know how to resolve this.

Please let me know how to proceed.

    Hi there @manishchander,

You don’t want to install an SMTP plugin. Instead you need to change the sending method in your wp-admin > MailPoet > Settings > Send With. If you use our sending service there’s nothing else to setup. 🙂

    Thanks!
