Couldn’t get it to work

Woocommerce store owner and sysadmin with many years of experience in both, could not figure out how to get this plugin to work. Documentation they provide on getting a USPS api key is totally incorrect, but I figured out how to anyways. But the plugin was another story.

This plugin seems like it could be awesome, but it isn’t.
