Out the blue Jetpack stats fails to load and asks to be reloaded, and then I get the following output:

    User Agent: "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0"
    Page URL: "http://mywebsite.co.uk/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&noheader"
    API URL: "http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?noheader=true&proxy&page=stats&blog=50116275&charset=UTF-8&color=fresh&j=1:2.5"
    http_request_failed: "couldn't connect to host"

Is this a problem on my site or wordpress?

Update: After a few hours of not working, jetpack stats suddenly reappears - anyone else have this problem? I assume it's source (wordpress) based.

If the problem happens again, can you please use Jetpack's Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says "click here to contact Jetpack support."
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the "Contact Support" button.
