Couldn’t be Happier with Kale

I’m pretty amazed by Kale. That says a lot because in this day of free templates and really subpar customer service everywhere I go, the free template version AND also the individuals that run their customer support division should be applauded. Three years ago, I worked with a web developer to get a website off the ground. We went with wordpress.org and a paid template from another company whom I won’t name. Cut to present day, and the site is deteriorating because their customer support just refuses to get back to us. So I was very wary this time around using another template from another company found through wordpress, but I just fell in love with Kale the moment I took their demo for a test run. So clean, and intuitive – it had everything I was looking for in my new lifestyle website. Since I had experience using wordpress.org a few years back, I was able to set most of the Kale site up in a couple days. I just have to upload the photos and text, but that’s through wordpress, and pretty basic stuff. However, I had one minor issue, and found the wordpress support site and decided to start a ticket for my issue. It wasn’t so much an issue, as I just couldn’t figure out how to do something pretty standard, but through the Kale template and not through wordpress, so it was new to me. I had hoped someone would get back to me within a week. To my amazement, a real live human from Kale got back to me the very next day?! What?? That’s just unheard of. Not only is their template just beautiful and easy to set up (it helps to have a working knowledge of wordpress.org), they actually have people that can help you. Highly, highly recommend them AND their Kale template. Take the demo for a spin, you’ll love it!
