# Couldn’t be activated

 * I couldn’t even activate the plugin.
    Here’s the error message I received:
 * > “Sorry, but you can’t run this plugin until you fill in your first name and
   > last name in update profile fields. Update your profile to fill first name 
   > and last name and then activate this plugin.”
 * I stay very busy and don’t have time to dedicate trying to fix their problems.
