# Could use some help

 * So this is the first time ive used this plugin and i tried it on instantwp which
   worked fine in ie/ff/chrome with a mp4 file
 * I installed on a website im building and i see it pop up for a second then it
   just vanishes the same in ie/ff/chrome and mp4 file
 * also doesnt work for my mobile so any help guys would be awesome

 * This sounds familiar and could be the result of your theme or one of your other
   plugins that uses the fitVids javascript library to make your WordPress responsive.
   Unfortunately this script tempers with the embedding of the JW Player which mostly
   results in the problem you are describing.
 * Please make sure none of your themes/plugins uses fitVids.js (sometimes this 
   is incorporated in another javascript file).

 * Thank you so much, yeah i checked and my theme had fitvid ive turned it off and
   now my mp4 video plays in chrome/i.e/ff and i just tested it on opera and it 
   works thier too
 * The only problem im running into now is it doesnt seem to be working on my android
   phone, it takes ages to load, the play icon is not to be seen,
 * Can you offer me any advice on making it awesome for phones and tablets too

 * Can you offer us a link to the page that doesn’t work in Android. Maybe we can
   see what the problem is.

 * I’ve just tested it on my own Android and I can watch the video.

 * No i havnt changed anything i dont think, the video just takes ages to load and
   doesnt play correctly when it has
