• You can tell the code is bloated because the website will be running just fine and when you install Tickera everything gets slower on the admin panel. Also, they don’t have an event listing option, their own only works on gutenberg or classic editor, you absolutely CANNOT apply it on a page builder via shortcode widget, it will look awfull and completely outdated so I had to find a custom post type shortcode generator. They have so many options and still lack very basic functions. The icing on the cake was the support. They are not really eager to help, nor they are well prepared to answer the customers questions. I sent a question, and on the meantime I found the solution for it, then the support answered me saying that what I asked wasn’t possible to achieve (well I did). So I’m not sure if they are just lazy, uninspired or don’t know/care enough about their own product. Paying for the lifetime bundle I expected a better support.

Hi there and thank you for your feedback.

Since you’re holding a license, you can utilize Events Listing add-on to display neatly designed list of events. Additionally, you can utilize Event Calendar add-on if you want to display events in the calendar view. Finally, even with the free version, you can display a list of all the existing events by using events archive page which has /tc-events/ slug but can be changed to anything else in Tickera Settings. As for the looks of the content, please remember that Tickera, as a plugin has responsibility to offer functionality while the look and feel falls under responsibility of the theme. So, the look and feel is entirely controlled by the theme that you’re using. Of course, if you’re not satisfied with how your theme handles event pages or event archive pages, you can create custom event page and event archive templates.

As for the complaint about correspondence with our support, can you please send us the number of the support ticket so we could check what that was all about?

    Thanks.
