    Uninstalled it, then tried to connect the plugin again, but again the same error message..

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    In your support ticket, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button.

    Please also include a screenshot of the error message and which part of the connection process you are seeing it on.
