# Could not restore

 * I run a backup copy of my website files on 28th the I used WPOptimize it failed.
   two days later I tried to restore my data same website same server and same domain
   but it failed looks like I lost all data.
    Use different backup plugin. This 
   one disappointed me.

   please [open a new thread](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/updraftplus/#new-topic-0)
   and provide us with the restoration log so we could assist you.
 * You can find the restoration log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your
   site via FTP. Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as [http://pastebin.com/](http://pastebin.com/))
   and post the link in the thread.
