"Could not insert term into the database" Error

    Please check out http://beta.fightaholic.com. My custom navigation menus have all disappeared. When I try to create a new one, I get the error listed in the title of this post.

    I’m running the Dynamik Child Theme from CobaltApps. It is a Genesis Child Theme. I disabled the plugins, and I still get the error. I switched to the 2014 theme, but that didn’t help either.

    Also, I had Revolution Slider installed, and I had to disable the plugin because it caused a fatal error. If possible, I would like for that plugin to work again.

    I have Sucuri Securty looking into this as well. Thanks in advance.
