“Could not find payment information” Help!

    What steps should I take to fix when getting the “Could not find payment information” Error message?

    Using Stripe.

    I’m getting the same error. The payment info is defiantly correct. The client has tried on their computer too and get the same issue. The test mode worked though.

    I am getting the same error I don’t know why I was using another plugin which unfortunately has not been updated from the past few months and now causing problems

    I’m getting this error on both my sites using this plugin I have everything setup correctly on stripe and site settings. How can I fix this, it’s putting my business to a holt.
