Could not create label – Unknown group profile

    The error is the following
    Could not create label – Unknown group profile.
    it happens when we try to generate a label, this started happening after we created different users for different shops since we use the same dhl account for multiple shops.

    it seems that the problem is solved when we add the shop user to the default user group STANDARD_GRUPPENPROFIL but for accounting reasons it should not be like this.

    any idea?

    It sounds like this is controlled on the DHL Business portal end, correct? If so, I do not believe there is anything we can do within the plugin to fix this.
