We are tired of these dhl problems, there was a label problem before. Then we solved it. We may lose customers because of this problem. It’s getting so annoying now that we’re going to close the store because of these problems.

We check our participation numbers, its correct. We just use DHL.

seems like you are using a separate plugin for DHL labels: https://wordpress.org/plugins/dhl-for-woocommerce/
Labels in Germanized are created to shipments: https://vendidero.de/dokument/dhl-labels-zu-sendungen-erstellen
In case you want to use the plugin mentioned above (as shown within your screenshot) please contact their support. Germanized does not interfere here.
