    Hello, I installed the Clever Reach Newsletter plugin. It worked fine for a while but now I’ve a problem – each time when someone wants to sign in this error message appears:

    Could not connect to the Cleverreach API. (403;Forbidden: account not veryfied yet)

    You can find the form on our Homepage. When I go to the plugin it tells me all is fine (uccessfully connected to Cleverreach). I already reconnected the account, but still the same problem.

    When I go to the details of the plugin it tells me to be update.

    Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

    please go to your CleverReach account and check your imprint information there. I think if you complete your account information it should work. If not, please ask the CleverReach support. They can check if there’s a specific reason why your account is not verified.

    Hey Hannes,

    all fine now. I was setting up the whole thing before our association was founded and we had no official legal entity, that’s why we had no formal imprint. But now I entered the data and everything is fine…
