Could move Input of Secondary Title below input of Main Title?

    With wordpress 5.1.1, in post editor, input field of Secondary Title was showing on the right panel, could i make it showing below the input of Main Title.
    Please show me if we can do this?

    Do you use Gutenberg editor or Classic Editor plugin?

    Edit: If you say “right panel”, that probably means Gutenberg. Short answer: No, you can’t embed it into Gutenberg and below the main title.
