Hello Keith. First of all I must thank you for writing the book "Error Message Eyes". Really great stories, I've been recommending it to my friends! Thank you also for your spectacular "Permalink Finder" plugin. Everyone should use it.
I have over 100 static pages, totally outdated HTMLwise, and the idea of wrapping them around my blog's theme template (the blog is actually a subfolder of my static website) is quite thrilling. What I'd like to ask is whether this "conversion" could in any way result in difficulties regarding SEO issues, validation, etc. For instance - should I need to insert microdata or any other snippet, what will I "see" in my file when I download it via ftp client? Will it still be the old file? Will Google ignore the outdated code and "see" just the blog template surrounding the text?
Thank you very much!
