    Hiya,

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience there.

Would you mind elaborating a bit on what happened, and what you did when the problems you experienced occurred?

Sure, I installed the plugin and activated it. Then I clicked on troubleshoot and I got the white screen of death. After that, I could not get anything to work. I removed the plugin totally and that did not resolve the problem. To fix, I dropped all of the tables in the database and uploaded my backup. I did that several times and got errors in the database import. So I created a new database and uploaded the backup with no problem. Once I did that it was fixed.

    Thank you very much.

So it sounds like you got a fatal error while in troubleshooting mode (would you be able to get us the log for that, fatal errors should be showing up in your error log, if you use some form of control panel they usually have their own button for this).

As for the database corruption, I’m afraid that’s likely not us. It sounds like you had some existing database issues (we only touch the plugin options, and your site will work even if these are somehow wrong, it’ll just not have all plugins available if something should go wrong).
What’s more likely is that there was one or more plugins that your site relied on, and when these no longer existed (because troubleshooting mode disabled them) your site received a fatal error, we’ll be able to tell if that’s the case from the error logs at least.
