[Resolved] Corrupt link in comments

  • Hi there.

I’m using WordPress 2.0.3 with the Crimson_sunrise theme and everytime someone posts a hyperlink in a comment it ends up being corrupt. Somehow my domain name is inserted before the link (even though it begins with ‘http://’). I’ve tested both the Tinymce and Editmonkey and the problem is the same. If I enter a link like “http://www.google.com” and hit save it comes out as “http://www.myDomain.com/archives/%5C%22http://www.google.com%5C%22” – in the comment. Why is that? And what can I do? Where does “%5C%22” come from? Even if I hardcode the link url in the html mode the problem is the same, so I don’t think it’s related to the editors.

    Thanks in advance.

    Meek.
