# Correct website transfer/copy?

 * I have everytime problem when I want to copy website from one host to another,
   I copy all files and database, after copying I change DB connectio WP_SITEURL
   and WP_HOME, but at mostly webs after copying of files are for example by WPML
   languages missing with his translations and some of plugins are not active.
 * What I do wrong here?
