# Correct header size?

 * The theme specifies a header size of 2500 x 600 but when I use that size, it’s
w-a-a-a-a-y too big – most of the design isn’t even visible. Can someone tell
me what the correct dimensions should be?

 * Edit: I’ve just tried using a smaller header. What happens is that the image
gets enlarged, so it’s still bigger than the container and you can’t see the
   design.

   bottom).

 * I am also having this problem with a site I’m trying to set up for a client.
Why give an exact header image size if so much of it is going to be cut off/
   not shown?

 * People – try posting your own topics.

 * Esmi, both those people are saying they have exactly the same issue, I’d have
thought it made sense to add it to the same thread, to reinforce it’s not just
one person having the problem – which suggests it’s a bug not us being dumb.
Are you saying that even if twenty people have the same problem, they must all
   start a new thread?

 * Thea is right.2500x 600 is no good!

 * Yes, or we recommend that people don’t post “me too” at all. If it’s the same
problem they can either wait for support in your thread for example, or create
   their own thread.
 * We are telling people who are not contributing towards the topic to create their
   own thread.
