Correct Font-Family Usage

  • I’m trying to use Myriad Pro Bold Condensed in a font-family statement to control the CSS of my h2 titles. But I keep getting downgraded to Arial, when the page is viewed.

    The MacOSX FontBook application shows Myriad Pro Bold Condensed as available on my desktop.

    This is the css I’m using:

    .home-sub-sidebar .widgettitle, .river .widgettitle { color: #726C63; background-color : #FFECD3; font-family: 'myriad pro bold condensed', Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 13px; }

    What’s wrong?

    Are you sure that the CSS above is actually working? Are you using Firebug (or equivalent) to view that element on the live page? If you post a link to the site, someone can be of more assistance.
