Correct advertising placement

Good afternoon.
Thank you for your wonderful plugin. He really is the best.
There are a couple of questions for you about the placement of ad units.

1. I have a lot of images on the site. For example -http://korfiati.ru/2017/07/portnovskie-lekala/ and http://korfiati.ru/2014/06/vyikroyka-bikini/
A number of them are located in 2 or 3 columns. And ad units are limited by the width of the image. How in the dense placement of images to place advertising on the width of content?

2. You do not have the opportunity to place an ad unit in the comment block. For example – http://korfiati.ru/2013/11/poshagovoe-postroenie-vyikroyki-platya/, there are articles where the comment block is large and advertising there could look organically.

The latest version supports insertion between comments.
You can also limit them with Filter:

I have implemented a simpler approach for cases like yours.

Now there is a setting on the General tab No Paragraph Counting Inside with default value blockquote, figure, li.

If you add div to the list and leave p as paragraph tags with no additional options it should ignore paragraphs inside div blocks.

Please try development version.
