    Not when just using it, no.

    There are things you can do with WordPress that lead to legal problems, such as branding it ones own and redistributing under a different, non-GPL friendly license, but a company installing and blogging with it is looked upon as a good thing around here. Even when they’re less than well liked. ;)

    Yes. That is what I meant by using it.

    You seem overly fearful about this. Rest assured there are many corporations and businesses and organizations using WordPress right now, for both public and intranet sites, and yet no OS lawyers are being sicced on them. ;)
