    Hi,
    I’ve seen this question posted before but no help was given (for some reason I cannot insert the link to the post?????)
    I am now asking the same, does anyone know of any workarounds to get WP updating and reading in feeds when behind a corporate firewall or using a proxy that requires authentication?
    If we need to create firewall rules then what IP Address do we need to allow?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m sure there are plenty of people out there with this same issue.

    If we need to create firewall rules then what IP Address do we need to allow?

    You can try adding 66.155.40.0/24 to your firewall rules for port 80 and 443 but there is no guarantee that that will remain working in the future.
