    Hi pdevivo,

Let me check into this–I thought we had something like this in the works. I need to see where it ended up.

Turns out, we don’t. But here’s what my developer said:

There’s nothing in the core nor premium modules to do this, but if the user knows PHP/CSS he can achieve this by template customization.
In category pages it is the listing excerpt what is rendered and this is handled by the businessdirectory-excerpt.tpl.php template. He needs to copy this template to his theme directory. The template is pretty simple but it receives more information than it uses: for instance, the $is_sticky variable is defined while this template is used though we don’t make use of it by default. This variable is TRUE when the listing is featured and FALSE otherwise. He could check if this var is set to TRUE and add the custom ribbon before or around the listing thumbnail.

Even with just plain CSS this is probably doable since featured listings excerpts are marked using special classes and thumbnails also have their own IDs and classes. I can’t give you any code since this is very theme-dependent and it also depends on the images he wants to use, but the template approach above should work on all cases.
