 * We have a multilingual site with [qTranslate](http://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate/).
   Could this plugin be used to let users receive the registration and other core
   emails in their own language?
 * We have WordPress core translations for English and Finnish. However, all the
   WP core emails get sent in Finnish. Our English-speaking audience would love 
   to get the original English core emails instead.

 * This plugin is only responsible for wrapping plain text emails with a HTML template.
   Adressing emails according to people language is another issue, more qTranslate
   related.
