core CSS files low code coverage

    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to improve my site’s Google Speed Insight score. I discovered that some of the WP core CSS files have a really low code usage rate. Here is a screenshot taken from Chrome DevTool’s code coverage tab https://www.screencast.com/t/2vXxWfZa68X. I wonder if there is a way to optimize this?
