# Is this an original design? Copyright?

 * Does anyone recognise this design, being passed as original design by a designer,

 * doesn’t strikes me as particularly original, but then neither does it stands 
   out. Seems like a thousand ready-made unoriginal themes. Stop looking for plagiarism
   and look for someone more creative.

 * I’m looking for plagiarism because it’s in an academic context (course work submission).
   But point taken anyway. The style sheet looks to have had the copyright removed
   but there remains a descriptor ‘tuxedo’ in comments and that seems like an unusual
   label, a clue maybe?
