# Copying from a spreadsheet

 * Very often, I’ll do a quick calculation on an Excel (or even Quattro) spreadsheet,
   and I’d like to embed the resulting table (nicely formatted) into a posting on
   WordPress. Obviously, copying/pasting won’t do it.
 *  I’ve tried saving it as html, then bringing the resulting code into WP. But 
   it looks pretty much unlike it did in the spreadsheet.
 * I’ve taken that process an extra step further; I have tried copy/pasting into
   Front Page 2003, then copying the resulting code into WP. Looks okay at first,
   then when I save it, it invariably shows only the first row of the table.
 * Am I missing something, or is this just not feasible? It doesn’t sound like it
   should be that hard.

 * No, I haven’t. Do you mean the html code or the entire table proper as it appears
   in the spreadsheet?
