Copy single site from one Multisite to another Multisite

I would like to know if this plugin (Duplicator) could help me with the following task:

I have two path/folder based multisites, one that is operational and another for development purposes. I would like an easy, robust way to replace the content of a single site on my development multisite with the newer content from the operational multisite. In other words, I want to be able to copy the content from:

https://my-oper-multisite.com/example-site/ to https://my-dev-multisite.com/example-site/

I’ve done this before by manually copying the necessary database tables and updating them appropriately, but this is tedious and error prone.
