Copy FORMS from one database to another

    Does anyone know how to export forms and their settings from one database to another?

    I have had a look and found bits of their data in wp_postmeta but I can’t see an easy way to get them out and back in to the new database.

    It is not the end of the world if I have to manually recreate them, just some risk that they won’t be exactly the same.
