Copy form from one installation to another

    I have a form built in CF7 on one website. I have got it set just like I want it. But I am also making another site almost identical to the first. Is there a way I can copy the CF7 form from one WP installation to another?

    I am also using CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension, PayPal for Contact Form 7, and PDF Forms Filler for Contact Form 7 as well.
