Copy entire blog to second subdomain

    I have a blog in my domain which I installed by hand a couple of months ago.
    http://www.goodheartgroupinc.com/blog

    Since then I have done a couple more in different domains using Fantastico from my cPanel.

    Now I want to redo the original blog in a different install using a different subdomain, say
    http://www.goodheartgroupinc.com/XXXYYZ

    How/What do I copy from the first into the second to get all of my posts there? When I do the install through Fantastico I of course get only the original install with no posts and no personalized alterations.

    Perhaps another way to ask this is, how do I export one WordPress blog to another WordPress blog on the same computer? Was seamless importing into WordPress from Blogger.
