cooperation-iws – wordpress on liveusb

  • Hi,

I am posting here for people that might be interested to run worpdress on an intranet blog.

I developped live scripts to remaster ubuntu Hardy live CD (and soon Debian Lenny) so that to make a web server providing web services of open source web applications (including wordpress).

WordPress version available is 2.3.3 or 2.5.1 with following templates:
    Barthelme and Plaintxtblog
    and following plugins:
search-unleashed, search-regex, wpmathpublisher, wp-print customised to print categories or all posts of the blogs with comments.

You might do a live CD (which is a demo purpose only) or a Live USB (which can be used as traditionnal web server) to store changes on usb key or usb hard drive.

If you choose to make your own custom server, install process is autmated and you can choose the number of blogs you want to install.

Demo live CD and Demo live USB are available.

    Other os applications contained are:

KnowledgeTree, Nuxeo, Mantis, Mediawiki, phpbb3, gallery2, zenphoto, cacti, snort, base, ossec, net2ftp, webmin, ssh, samba, …

The blog of the project is here: http://cooperation-iws.gensys-net.eu/blog
