    Hi there,
first of all, many thanks for this great plugin. Unfortunately since the latest update it seems to generate a social media part in the cookie policy text although socail media usage is deactivated via settings. The social media part is also in the wrong language. Maybe you have a fix?
    Best regards,
    Anil

    Hi @anil-sardemann,

    The string is new, so will be updated soon. This happend with this configuration;

If Social Media is enabled, but not services are selected in the wizard. You can select “No” in this case.

    Hi Aert,
    this is kind of weird,
when I tick this in the screenshot on yes the Marketing- / Tracking-Cookies Section appears. Unfortunately I am not able to deactivate the social media section. It is deactivated but still appears.
    Best regards,
    Anil

    Hi @anil-sardemann,

Could you confirm that you had answered “No” to the question “Does your website contain embedded social media content, like buttons, timelines, videos or pixels”?

That should cause the Social Media section to disappear from your Cookie Policy.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

But nevermind, maybe it is fixed with the next update, and pardon for misspelling the headline of this ticket. Just saw. I will close the ticket and wait for the next update.
    Thanks for the informations.
    Best regards,
    Anil
