Cookies to Direct to Specific Page

    Is there some way ( plugin or function ) that will allow me to place cookies in someone’s browser so that they go to a custom page on my site?

    Like in Craigslist, after the first time you go, it places you in the town you pick. I want to do the same for my site, since there are six blogs for different towns.
