  • Thats because its not caching that content. You should use the /en/ or en.website.com doing the cookie method means it wont be cached and is bad for SEO

    Hello davidallouch

Cache doesn’t work with query parameters. So you need to use subdomain or subdirectory format in WPML, that should work.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Do you mean that W3TC is not able to cache the ?lang=en (query parameter)?

My CDN cloudflare is serving this page and W3TC is involved, so some caching is taking place.

Is it possible to be clearer on this please?

    Hello davidallouch

You are correct, kinda of. It is recommended to use subfolder or subdomain based url in WPML with W3TC.

Otherwise, in advanced page caching section > Accepted query strings > You can put the query stings to cache, that needs to be specific.

    Have a good day!
