    Thx for the plugin

When I click Connect & Scan, I get an error “Disconnected with cookieyes, please connect and scan again” and page just refreshes. Back to Connect & Scan and the same error.

Is it an issue with Cookie Yes account?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kabira604,

It could be some issue with the account. You can start over by going to GDPR Cookie Consent menu > Settings > Advanced and use the Delete cookieyes data option.

    Thx

I tried this but didn’t work.

When I click Disconnect, I get this “Successfully disconnected with Cookieyes” then page refreshes back to the same thing.

and when I Scan website for cookies I get “Could not establish connection with scanner! please try again later”

    Over and over again.

    Hi @kabira604,

Are you sure that you have used the Delete cookieyes data option as instructed previously? If so, you wouldn’t see the disconnect option again.

I got it to work by Uninstalling it >> Clearing Database using a Database Cleaner >> Then re installed it.

    Worked for me.

I ran into another issue, we have Woocommerce Multi Currency plug-in which works by changing the store currency based on country (CAD for Canada, USD for US). It stops working when a user Accepts or Rejects cookies but works fine if the user chooses to do nothing.

Wondering if you have any idea why?

    Thx for all the help.

    Hi @kabira604,

Assuming that you have the cookies related to WMC plugin in the cookies list, it could cause this issue if the users click ACCEPT without choosing to enable the corresponding category in which these cookies are listed since the default category state is set to the disabled state.

Since these are cookies required for the working of the plugin, you may please assign them to the Necessary category. Go to the Cookie List menu and click edit on the cookies related to this plugin, then remove the current category and assign the Necessary category.

    Thanks for your help.

I bought the premium version of that plugin and it has a “Use Session instead of cookie.” Idk what that means but it worked

    Thanks bros
