    How do you recommending handling users on mobile? I have several readers that have stated that they continue to see the popup on their phones even after it’s opened and they’ve closed it. I myself am still seeing it on my phone, although I do not continue to see it on desktop, and I have the cookies set up to initiate on open.

    I’m using an iPhone 5.

    Sorry to hear you’re having troubles, we haven’t received any reports with this specific issue, but I will have the Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as he is available. In the meantime, can you please provide a link and what needs to be done to trigger the popup – sounds like it’s Auto Open/Time Delay, however.

    Also, as a side note, Google is going to be making changes to the way the rate sites for mobile devices based on the site’s popup usage. As a result, we’ll be adding a feature that will allow you to check a box and disable a popup on mobile in its entirety.

    Basically, if you have a full screen auto open popup, you’re going to want to disable that popup for mobile devices or be prepared to get pummeled by Googles rankings. You can read the full article here.

    @kristindraves, @waltmesser(ffr) – A link would be helpful but there are no known issues with mobile browsers unless they are using a private browsing session of sorts, private sessions don’t store cookies at all, something we can’t do anything about.

    Okay, mark me as solved. After your feedback, I went back and made a new popup, unpublished the old one, and assigned the cookie when I created the trigger, and it worked! So either I am terrible at assigning the cookie to an already created trigger, or there’s an issue there.
