cookie_name should be unique for every wordpress site

Hello,
First of all thanks for a nice plugin which is very useful. There is a problem. I have 10 wordpress sites where I installed this plugin for and because of the cookie name is the same, one site’s popunder affects other sites also.

There should be an option to change cookie name to different or your plugin automatically should make unique name like domain.tld_acx_popunder instead of having the name acx_popunder everywhere.
