Cookie popup keep showing up

    Hi. i’ve set the cookie popup to be shown only one time for user but when i try to open my site and accept the cookie the following time or the day after I open the site the cookie appears again. I emptied the cache several times but the problem remains.
    What can i do? Thanks

    Hi @sebing83,

    The validity of the viewed_cookie_policy that stores user consent is 365 days. It would be stored as a session cookie in the browser. Unless you are checking in an incognito browser window or clear browser cookies, it won’t reappear.

    We have checked in your site and did not find any such issues.
