Cookie message briefly visible at top of page while site is loading

    Hi,

    We have this set to appear in the footer. Everything works great, EXCEPT when the page is loading the cookie warning text briefly flashes up in the header. When the page finishes loading it disappears, and reappears in the footer as expected.

    I can PM/email you the site address if you give me an address to PM/email to.

    Any ideas? Thanks!
