I can’t find anywhere an explanation for this setting. It is not clear to me how it should be used. Triggered can be even the page loading without clicking anything? And why are there two expiration times? If the box is triggered, then it will for sure be dismissed as well, no?

You can choose to set either one or both of these fields. You fill the number of hours the box should be hidden after it’s either triggered or dismissed.

A box can be triggered (shown) and not dismissed (closed by the user).

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

When for example would the box be triggered and not dismissed?

If I set trigger “after 3 seconds on homepage” and someone visits the homepage, waits 3 seconds, sees the box (triggered) and does not click the x to close (dismiss) the box.

I understand that part, but what after? How else could the popup go away if not dismissed? Assume the user closes the window? Because why would someone stay on a page they can’t see because there’s a popup on there? So that’s why I don’t get the need to have a second expiration time ;p

If the user fills in the form, then they shouldn’t get the popup anymore. The only other thing I can think of is if the user scrolls down and the popup goes away.
