    Hi there,

The cookies notice stopped showing on my website. Any idea why?

(I tried clearing cache and did it in incognito)

    Thanks,

    Hi

Try disabling other plugins and switching themes to see what is causing the issue.

    Hi

Try using the [is_logged_in] shortcode to display some text to logged in users: https://catapultthemes.com/document_cat/shortcodes/

    Hi Gareth!

Thanks! I have tried and the plugins and theme are not the problem. Also, it was working for the very beginning. Then suddenly stopped.

I am not sure what do you mean by logged in users? I am checking it when logged out and it is still not working. Where would I need to add the shortcode?

    Thank you for your time,

    Jo

Sorry – disregard the message about the shortcode. I seem to have posted a reply to another topic in this thread, my mistake.

Looking at your site, I can see a JS error in the console that appears to originate from custom JS from the theme. I would think that is the most likely cause of the problem. Can you try switching themes again – you can use this link to delete the cookie for testing: http://www.projectcontrolsystem.com/?cookie=delete

Ohh thank you for pointing out the error. It was not the theme but the custom js code I added for LinkedIn tracking. I managed to fix it. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your time!
