    Hi

Recently the plugin changed name from ‘UK Cookie Consent’ to ‘Cookie Consent’ to reflect the fact that most of its users aren’t based in the UK. So in your admin you’ll find it in your list of plugins under ‘Cookie Consent’. You can install it, deactivate it, upgrade it from there.

I can’t comment on the other plugins you’ve mentioned.

    Hi,

    have you seen my screenshots?

I don’t see nor UK Cookie Consent, nor Cookie Consent.

In wp-admin under Inactive plugins I can see number 4
    Inactive plugins (4)

But I can see only one inactive plugin.

    Hi

Yes, I’ve seen a screenshot of the WP-Navi plugin in the dashboard. We don’t make that plugin so I can’t comment. There’s also a screenshot from a file structure with the ‘cookie-notice_old’ folder displaying. Again, we’re not connected with that plugin. You also seem to have two folders where you’ve renamed the ‘uk-cookie-consent’ plugin folder. I would recommend that you delete those and reinstall the plugin. Your settings will be retained.

I have deleted the folders per your instruction and I have also installed Cookie Consent again and I cannot see the plugin in the Plugin List.

I have 10 active and visible plugins, although plugin status in wp-admin says this:
    Active (12)

Why can’t I see the Cookie Constent plugin even after reinstall of the plugin?

I’m really not able to say without access. I’m happy to look if you can send through a log-in as per my previous post?
