Cookie bar not closed with multiple tabs

Hi, if you open more than one page with the cookie bar (on the same website), after you accept cookies from one tab, you cannot close the bar from the remaining tabs unless you reload the pages.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) open a page which shows the cookie bar
2) open a link in a new tab
3) accept the cookies on the new tab
4) go back to the initial tab
5) click the “accept” button, it will not close the bar
