# Cookie Bar does not appear

 * In edge and Chrome, with the show again tab disabled I cannot get the cookie 
   bar to appear, even after clearing the Browser Cache and Autoptimize cache.
    
   I cannot work out what the On Hide – Animate setting does either. Can anyone 
   advise please?
